By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accounts
You must have the authority to use the Service, either on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization you represent.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Service
ABI Analytics provides tools that let users connect authorized data sources, explore data, generate reports, create visualizations, and receive AI-assisted insights.
The Service may connect to databases, cloud data platforms, and third-party integrations, such as Google Analytics 4.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. Your data and connections
You retain ownership of all data connected to ABI.
ABI accesses connected data sources only to provide the analytics functionality you request. Connections are configured with appropriate permissions and are read-only by default.
ABI may process metadata about connected data sources — such as schemas, tables, columns, data types, and relationships — to understand your data structure and generate reports, answers, visualizations, and insights.
ABI does not acquire ownership of your connected data or your Google Analytics data.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to connect any data source to ABI, including databases, analytics platforms, and third-party integrations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use ABI to:
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
- Access data or systems without authorization
- Upload malicious content or software
- Circumvent security measures
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce the Service, except as permitted by applicable law
- Violate applicable laws or third-party agreements
5. Third-party services
ABI may integrate with third-party services, including Google Analytics 4 and other data platforms.
When you connect Google Analytics through Google OAuth, you authorize ABI to access analytics information from your Google account solely to provide the functionality you request within the Service.
ABI's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. ABI is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or practices of any third-party service.
6. Intellectual property
ABI Analytics — including its software, interface, branding, documentation, and related materials — is owned by ABI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, software, or proprietary materials, except as necessary to use the Service.
7. AI-assisted insights
ABI may use artificial intelligence technologies to analyze authorized data and generate reports, summaries, recommendations, and responses.
AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated results before relying on them for business decisions.
ABI does not guarantee that AI-generated responses will always be accurate, complete, or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR.
The Service is intended to assist users with analytics and reporting and is not a substitute for professional business, financial, legal, or technical advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ABI and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if termination is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or to comply with applicable legal requirements.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and ABI will stop accessing connected data sources associated with your account.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws applicable to the legal entity providing ABI Analytics, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we will update the date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
